The many micro climates and secret locations for finding treasures in the TREASURE state are unknown to most. Also there are areas you would not want to be such as a Super Fund locations, which is easy to locate but, what about or toxic water areas or the drift of the sewer plant location? Just ask me.
Personal interests and knowledge range from organic growing, permaculture, sustainable agriculture practices, health, nutrition, livestock, world economics and what many call earth changes as well as global happenings that are out of the ordinary. I believe in God and Divine assistance but shy away from organized religious beliefs systems. I am for regaining our Constitutional Rights as well as taking a stand for freedom from tyranny and oppression.

I am a proponent of changing state licensing requirements to protect the public from inexperienced agents assisting you with major life decisions such as purchasing and selling property. I have heard the horror stories and out right ethics violations as well as lacking understanding of title issues, contracts and due diligence requirements and representation of buyer or seller interests. A 60 hour course is not adequate to prepare anyone to advising you on one of your biggest purchase in your lifetime.Yes they are supposed to be "Broker Supervised" but I can assure you that is not how it works in the real world. Few Brokers are willing to take the time to be there with new agents. It's just not cost effective for the brokers to manage the inexperienced. Is it cost effective for you?
