The Montana Assoc.of Real Estate Exchangors is another great organization I participate in. A network to meet other brokers and agents who have buyers or sellers that are participating in 1031 exchanges. Usually covering a  large geographic areas, these buyers and seller have a limited time reinvest proceeds of their sale or pay taxes on it. A great source of highly motivated buyers and sellers.
